The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The pool area was fantastic, with multiple pools to choose from and plenty of loungers available. I especially enjoyed the 16+ pool area, where I could relax and enjoy drinks served by a rollerblading waiter. the water sports at the beach were a great added bonus, providing fun and adventure.
The food was very disappointing. The options were limited and the quality was subpar.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with well-maintained facilities and a beautiful sandy beach. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist, despite some language barriers. The hotel's location was convenient, not far from the airport and close to shopping malls.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a relaxing time. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the amphitheater, making it easy to enjoy the entertainment while dining. We also loved trying the Mongolian restaurant and the themed restaurants in the hotel.
One negative aspect we noticed was the intermittent and sometimes non-existent wifi.

Super entertaining with activities for both adults and children throughout the day. Best value for money, with food and drinks available all day and good entertainment. Would definitely return.

This hotel surpassed our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center were a highlight, offering a range of treatments and stunning indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Beach access was easy and enjoyable with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant provided an excellent selection of delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners with special diet menus available.
Despite this, the hotel's prime location allowed us to explore nearby restaurants and bars for additional evening activities.
